blood suckers

wtf...i find citi bank is really a money suckers...few days back they call me saying i have a balance of $1.64 outstanding...ask me to settle it asap...this morning i receive call from them again...telling me to settle $41.64 cents..zzzzzzz...can u imagine i only owe $1.64 and they charge me a $40 interest????? ridiculous right? no wonder they got more and more banks opening up..kaoz...i better go settle it asap before they start calling me again and add another $40..blood suckers!!!!!!
