recently i've got a couple of listing on hands...i should be happy about it as it means more business for me...but the problem is...all my on hand listing are so far away...from ang mo kio to jurong west to punggol to bedok zzzzzzzz....and im staying at redhill...just transport alone is enough to kill me...

now that i've just started...i really cannot complain too much but just do it..in real estate term...we call this district 65...it means covering all of singapore lolz...

must really jiayou...i wanna earn money and go for a break...so bored to be in s'pore...

hope i see results soon...
