my thoughts

just had a small chat with one of my friend in msn...she was telling me she use to be from ERA...stopped working as an agent because she finds it hard to carry on...she was telling me now market bad la...hard to work as agent la...economy bad where got people buy house la etc etc...but i beg to differ...

in my own opinion...there is no recession or bad market in property line...no matter how bad the economic is...the house is a must to us...it just depends on how you gonna manage it...

• if times are bad...people will grab the opportunities to buy those on sale units at a lower rate...be it for investment or whatever...
• not forgetting singapore have a high divorce rate nowadays...people who intend to divorce cant be waiting for the economy to be good again then sell right..
• some people...because of bad economy...will want to downgrade their houses too...

• and if times are good...i dont have to mention everybody also know...sell their property and get something cheaper in exchange for money...
• upgrade to a better house etc etc...

so after going through what i've mention on the above...will you still think that because times are bad now...property agents will suffer?

well...anyway thats my own thinking and belief...i deeply believe that property line will not die be it good times or bad times...its just how much effort you put into this job...work hard...you get paid more...work less you take home less...so i can only say...different people different thinking =)

my 1st crest course

went for my 1st crest course on the 23/02/09...i belong to batch 209...overall the 1st lesson was good...interesting lecturer, mr ismail, who is also one of the shareholders in propnex...lesson starts from 7pm till 10pm...laughter could be heard every now and then...i guess mr ismail didnt want us to feel bored thus he keep cracking jokes in order to keep us awake lolz...a total of 200 students were present too...

what is most interesting is...at the end of a lesson...mr ismail wanted all of us to walk over a rug of broken glasses (like those stunts which you've seen on tv)...and also to tell him what does this action means to us...we are to tell him our thoughts...seriously...i hesitate abit cos the glasses does look intimidating to me...but i tell myself im gonna try it...its not often we get this kinda chance isnt it hahahaha...i was the 3rd person in line and the 1st girl to try this glass walking...mr ismail ask about my thought...i told him "I Can Make It!"...in my mind was...if i can walk over these pieces of broken glasses...i can make it too in my career...i expected pain when i took my 1st step...but surprisingly...there's no feel at all...as i took my steps...i can hear and feel the glasses breaking into pieces...but really...no pain at all! amazing...

that was really an awesome experience for me...tonight lesson really makes me wanna go back for more lolz...i guess its the lecturer credit for giving us such an enjoyable talk...next upcoming lesson will be on every monday, wednesday, friday & saturday...i have to attend for 1 full month before i graduate...really cant wait to join my associates soon =D

after lesson, as i was walking towards the mrt...i bypass mos burger and decided to go in for a quick bite since im feeling kinda hungry...i sat near a hand washing sink and waited for my burger to arrive...after for about 10 mins...the staff send over my order...

as i was eating my burger...i saw an auntie walk over to wash her hands...nothing unusual till i see her keep washing her hands over and over again...and i really mean alot of times...press the soap dispenser...on the tap...press the soap dispenser...on the tap...press the soap dispenser...on the tap again and again...i swear she really did the same action for 20 over times....at that time i was thinking...she must be a really cleanliness freak...finally...for dunno how long...she left the sink...walk back to her seat...then i saw her coming towards the sink again...this time with a packet of things in her hands...after a clearer look as she pass by me...i saw a bundled of money inside the ziplock bag...guess what she did? she took out all the money...press the soap dispenser...apply on all the money...on the tap and wash 'em...she repeated the whole procedure again and again for dunno how many times -_-" ....she was washing all the dollar notes to my astonishment...so now...the conclusion is...either she is a clean freak or she could be a mentally unsound woman...too bad i didnt have my camera with me if not i would have flim it down lolz

i had a really interesting night tonight...from my class to the incident at mos burger lolz...this just goes to show that all sort of interesting ppl lives in this world...

my decision

finally...after nuaing for so many years...i decided to get a proper job...after thinking for a long long time...from back to the zoo, tour guiding, travel agency...i've decided to step into a line which i have not try before...and that is property agent..

met up with mae who has been in this line for quite a period liao...get to know all the informations from her...i knew i wanted to join her...i knew i wanted a more interesting job...dats where i sign up...on the 19th of february 2009 =)

im currently undergoing the crest course which all agents have to attend...then slowly i will be taking the CEHA course too...

my goal which i wanna acheive is to make lots of money and fulfil my dreams and desire...from owning a car to rolex to landed property and of cos alot more...i know i have to put in loads of hard work in order to reach my goals faster...

i even did a tarot reading for myself on this line...the tarots card gave me very good reading and im so happy...the cards really did help me...by motivation in a way...im sure i will succeed...

im presently a propnex agent...should any of you have got any recommendation...be it selling, buying, rental...commercial or residential...i can be of help...of cos referral fees will be given too =D

last but not least...i hope i can closed my 1st deal soon with the help of all my dear friends...thanks for your support

my 2009 birthday

this is really an overdue post im making...=P

25th January 2009 was my birthday...my good friends jolene and louis together with silver and isabel held a small celebration for me...we went to bali restaurant located at lock road for dinner then proceed over to bali cafe for some drinks...nice food and atmosphere...

saw this pair of chipmunks while we went shopping at great world 1 day...i find them so adorable that i requested silver to buy them for me as birthday pressie kekeke....mind you...they dont come cheap =)

new friends from thai

this year...to make our lives easier during the cny plucking the green days...our coach decided to ask his disciples from thailand khon kaen to come over to help us....

initially...conversation was real hard but luckily we got zhen jie to help us translate...zhen jie is also a thai national but she speaks good mandarin and cantonese....the guys, although dont speak our language and we dont speak theirs...are slowly blending in with us and started having fun along with us too.

during the 10 days they are with us...i've indeed learn quite a number of thai words from zhen jie...im 1 step closer to speaking thai lolz...so happy =D

of cos we dont only let them go lion dance everyday la...coach had arrange me to bring them for some small shopping and touring too...chinatown, merlion and esplanade etc...

random post

hmmm....this is suppose to be posted before cny 2009 lolz....but im too busy la....anyway...its better to be late then never right ;)

out of boredom...and also bcos both me and silver have not been to changi airport terminal 3 before...we decided to drive over and have a short tour...

its really a big place i must say...but very very "deserted" lolz....not much ppl were around...maybe is bcos of the wee hours we went...nothing much around...so we just took some pics then off we go back home hahaha...bo liao hor =P

memories

was away to melaka for the past 3 days....i drove my mum, sister and brother-in-law in to attend their relatives funeral wake...and me? its more to a shopping trip...and also a trip i had which brings back memories....

somehow...memories of "him" starts to playback in my mind the moment i step into melaka...the time when i surprise "him"...the pact that we had...the place that we went...the times which we spend together....so much more things...i wonder how is "he" getting on now...

kinda miss "him"...

miss "his" smile..."his" dimples..."his" attentiveness...."his" eyes...

but somehow we are just not fated...i guess "he" must be happily married now...maybe with kids too...

if chances permit...i definitely would love to see "him" again...to care and ask about his current life...but with a different status now...as a friend....

Tong, i pray that you are fine...doing well with whatever you are doing now...i pray too that you will be cheerful and happy throughout...with my deepest sincerity...i wish that you are safe...till we meet again...take care.....

2nd hearing

reach the sub court yesterday with silver at 9.40am and its already filled up with lots of people...we got to Q up to enter the court...in front of me there is already 20 odd people waiting...after 1 hour of waiting...finally its our turn...but bcos joshua family are right behind the Q...we decided to let them in 1st together with wing seng's gf....i thought i'll miss the chance to see them...luckily...before its their turn...i was allowed inside...

saw joshua,pang,wing seng and feng finally...they definitely looks much better than the previous time i saw them...not as dejected as before...pang keep nodding his head when he saw us...his way of reassuring us and thanking us i assume...from what i heard...feng,wing seng and joshua have been dropped charge to manslaughter...only pang is still charge with murder...haiz...

their case have been postpone to 20th feb...sub court, court 26 at 9am...

hopefully things turn out well...

Movie - The Wedding Game

initially had wanted to watch "love matters" with isabel and silver...but "love matters" is N16 and isabel is not allow inside....so we change to watch this "wedding game"...i would not recommend you this show unless you are a big fan of fann wong or christopher lee...its kinda boring actually...and the story line kinda sucks...i would give it a 2.5/5...

Movie - Underworld, Rise Of The Lycans

went to the movie at tampines mall with timothy today to watch "underworld, rise of the lycans"...a movie about vampires and werewolves...this show is about how the bad blood between the vamps and wolves started...a rather nice movie i would say...a 4/5 i would give =D

must watch movie!!!!!!

i really cant wait for this movie to launch...i've read the book and i've cried...a hilarious and touching story about a labrador retriever and his owner who didnt give up on him despite him being a nightmare...
